I think it`s Augsburg 1768 Johann Beckert V

In spite of the engraving letter``S`` should be for 1767- 1769.
Rosenberg under No 934 claims:

Johann Bartermann, Meister 1741 died 1782, or Johann Busch, verm (probably). 1748 died 1794.
