I have bought this silver snuff box. The inside is gold gilded. It has a very worn pattern on the outside. I could not find any marks but I think they are also worn off. Are there any way to determine from where it is from and the age?

I have just tested the silver grade of this piece. It is not plated but about 800 or 12/13 loth silver.
