Campaign Tea set?

Postby White spyder » Mon Aug 07, 2017 7:26 am

Good morning all, I am trying to gather information on what I think to be a campaign or travel tea set. Each piece is engraved with a standing lion on the front and two hallmarks that are stamped on eith side of the handles or ends. I have tried looking for these but have not been successful. Thanks in advance for your help.

By the way, all the pieces stack together inside the largest one.

Thanks again.

Hi,
The maker is famous Vienna silversmith Alexander Sturm.

The lion rampant is crowned (e.g. in Bulgarian coat of arms).Lion Rampant of Scotland is not crowned. Very common in heraldic.
Better close up of one of the lions might help to identify the crown. Thank you
