Mystery large silver tray

Hi there,
First time poster. This is a silver tray from my Norwegain grandmother. Not sure if it is Scandinavian or not. I do see that it is 800 purity. Approx 20.5 x 16 inches and 1630 Grams. The hallmark is not very legible. Hope i have not posted in the wrong place. Any info about this piece is greatly appreciated.

Your tray was made in Milano, Italy, 1944 - 1968.

There are three digits in front of ``MI``(maker`s registered number).

Looks like 644 MI
That should be registration number of MARCHETTI SECONDO,Viale Cassala 3, MILANO (registered 1961).
