Just 1 mark

Hello. Just the one mark WW. In my researches I did find an American silversmith William Bradford Whiting. Could this be his mark? The two Ws are attached at the top, as is his. I am unsure as there is no dot in between. Thanks.

I Think there are many WW marks all over the world.
But a possibility could be Winterthur, Switzerland. Heinrich Wipf (1770-1852), or Jakob Heinrich Wipf (1803-1877)
They have single WW marks without additional marks.
