Its Austrian fish cutlery after 1922, " Tukanpunze" W stands for Vienna and the 4 means fineness of 750/1000 thats it Maker marks are too unclear to decide

Hello, it is the mark of Vincenz Carl Dub, the '4' stands for 800/1000 parts silver. 750 would be below standard. Best wishes, Bahner

Hi, you can be right with V.C. Dub - it was a huge manufactory in Vienna that time and he can have changed his maker marks from former VCD to an oak leaf after WWI? but concerning the fineness standard silver for Austria is truely 800, but then its silver coinage is marked with a 3!
