Hi,
Eagle mark with ‚‚IW‚‚ as far as I can see would be Jacob Weiss, Vienna.

Hello again,
Yes, Iacob (Jacob) Weiss.``A`` for Vienna and 13 Loth, one can only speculate about the year, late Biedermeier ?

Hi,
Beautiful Zuckerdose. I`d say made in forties, it still has empire elements of early Biedermeier. Neo - baroque started a decade later.
