Hello All. I believe I have narrowed this down to Portugal, Porto, 833/1000, 1886-1938.
But I can't figure out the 2nd mark. I did see similar pieces by D. Joao V, but never a pic of his maker's mark. Any help is appreciated. 13 inches Diameter, 14.5 oz. Thanks.

I tried cleaning out the second mark, though it's so small and difficult to get into.
It looks like a box within another box, with a JF or JI below it. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

It's the maker's mark of José Cerqueira Júnior of Porto, registered in 1934 and cancelled in 1951. (The mark is "J" with a pole screen - it's upside down in the image.)
Hope this helps!
