Any information on this small knife?

Dear colleagues
I got hold on some "scrap", consisting of worn down knives and spoons. Now I am trying to identify them.
Here is a small knife. It has no marks on the handle. The blade is marked, but I am not sure how to decipher it. The blade is damascus steel, or at least a look-a-like. What would you say? Age, where could it come from? Other information?

I am attaching the page of a book with cutlery that look like yours. The blade shape is typical of the beginning of nineteenth century
