Not exactly clear when researching the Austrian marks here. Is it 800 or 950? And how old is it? What is the middle mark? Is FB the maker? Thanks!

It came from an Estate Sale in NY, USA! Ok, still want to know age. From reading the forums, I conclude it is Franz Bibus. Correct?

The 3 marks I posted are the only ones I can find on the fork.

I had never seen the Diana's head hallmark with the curb around, or perhaps I had never noticed.It has a special meaning?

We don't looking for other marks in your fork, but if your mark is original, you have to see the assay office letter in the mark. For example an A in Wien/Vienna:

or a C in Prague:

etc.
Only when we know, where your fork made, can looking for a maker...
Furthermore Amena had a good comment, this curb is very unusual. It's a clear mark?
If you can't tell us more about the marks of the fork, please, make some clearer, sharper image.
Mainly because we know a lot of fake Diana marks...

Ok I polished it. Here are 2 more photos. Looks like a 3 and an A:

Thank you for the pictures. It seems original. This mark was used between 1872-1919. I think, you right, the maker probably Frantisek Bibus.
But if you see better the mark, it's not only an A, but A2. (the 2 under the A/
