possibly Dutch?

Very early piece, 2 part construction, looks Dutch or other European, 3 hallmarks: P and 2 unknown shapes, can anyone help with country of manufacturer and approx age?

Hi,

Do not believe it to be Dutch Guild marks, looking at the sloppy construction, the solder around the rat tail, the position of the marks; pseudo/fake marks. I will move you to other countries.
