Picture Frame unkown mark

This is a real puzzle for me, the five pointed star and the numbers 374 with, the nearest l got was Spanish, but the numbers have thrown me out as it seems a very low grade of silver, it might be plate ?
Look forward to any help please.

Hi Nigel,

It will be Spanish, and silver. The other mark identifies the silversmith, with a letter and a number, the letter identifies the city.

If you can make out the letter, perhaps someone has access to a resource that has the names of the silversmiths.

I believe that the missing letter is "B" therefore belong to silversmith:
J. A. Olmedo. S. A. Calle Sardenya, 345 Barcelona Spain.

(Sure it's 374 and not 376, right?)
