Arts and crafts style candle holder 2 marks

I've researched online and have come up with no leads. My aunt (who has passed) has what looks like an arts and crafts silverplate candle holder. The marks are TINY. 1 is a star, the next is the numbers 32 over a capital B.
thx for any help in identifying the piece.
