Sugar Tongs - Maltese?

Hi team,

I just picked these up today. They are quite interesting. They are marked on the outside of each arm, with the same set of marks. They are quite simply made...any thoughts? I thought maybe Maltese?

Hi Ben,

As these tongs appear to be marked with a '13', I'll move it to the 'Other Countries' section, to see if we have any luck there.
