Old European silver cup

Hi - can anyone help identify the marks on this silver cup. It is 100 mm high and is quite heavy weighing 107 grams. It has engraved initials HEF and date 1818 so I guess it dates from early 19th century. The town mark appears to have 3 towers or turrets. Unfortunately only the bottom half of the makers mark is clear. Could be ?K or ?R. Would be grateful for any help. Thanks John

I do not think it is Warendorf.
It looks like a little Tübingen, but also that it will not be.
It would be helpful, to see full hallmarks.

Many thanks for your comments Theoderich. Unfortunately I don't think I can get any better photographs. My only reference is Rosenburg. The most similar Tubingen mark in Rosenburg is 4692 except the stamp in 4692 is shaped, whereas the stamp on the cup is rounded like 4693. John

some Tübingen marks in Rosenberg are from Feldkirch in Austria

there is a mark on a spoon from 1827.

and this mark is about from 1800

the hallmark was upside down - it is Tilsit in Prussia

this is the makersmark of Johann Kownatzky sen

I have to say I am a bit confused by this posting. I left it alone because I thought it was a bit outside my area of interest.
I also thought Stecci would answer it. He posted this site some time ago: http://www.ae-design.ch/e-book-s.html#a1652
I didn't download the book, but I did notice the city mark. Then after a bit Theo posted the city of Feldkirch, so I didn't have to admit I didn't pay to download the book. I should explain I have almost no interest in Austrian silver. Then I saw the resolution, with which I disagree respectfully. The maker's mark doesn't look at all the same. I think I would see if Stecci will respond to a message, he didn't the last one I sent on another subject.
I don't know the maker, but I would bet on Feldkirch.

I think I was too tired last night, and made two bad calls, or at least one and a half. I think Theo was right. The slant on the tower matches the other mark shown, which must be Tilsit when you compare it to others shown on his wonderful site. I had earlier decided it must be Feldkirch and should have rethought it before expressing my opinion last night. Mea Culpa.

I can confirm Maurice. It is not Feldkirch.
There is no Hallmark of Feldkirch, which looks like this.
Also, the type of the chalice (cup) does not fit stylistically in the region of Lake Constance
