The left marks tells us that us that your fork/spoon (?) is from the Austro-Hungarian Empire's capital Vienna (A). It is made in 1861. It is in silver in the purity of 13 lot meaning in promille 812,5/1000. The maker's mark is to the right. In a while somebody will tell you who the maker is in plain words.
