Well, I didn't think either, that spoon is from Brassó. I saved the embedded picture, and tried to see in large. I don't really see, what's the mark shows. But if it would Brassó (Kronstadt), we could see a tree with the roots, and above a crown.
Moreover i didn't think, that's from the Hungarian Kingdom.
As I see, this spoon maybe from the 19. century, and this time all of the marks, that i know, shows the fineness of the item. (in lot) The excepts are, when the fineness under the rule. But in this cases mostly the maker punched his marks twice.
So my guess is, we have to look for the solution elsewhere.
