Austrian teaspoons - who is maker?

Hi all!
I have two teaspoons from Austrian Empire, Prague, 1863, but I don't know who is the maker "WK".
I will be grateful for any help.

Václav Kabeš [Wenzel Kabesh] (1816-1866), Master 1846

Born 29 Oct 1816 in Skalsko, son of farmer Josef Kabeš & Alžběta Mělnick. Apprenticed 1832-1837 to Tomas Höpfel of Prague. Master 3 Mar 1846; Prague Citizen 6 Jul 1846. Married Marie Čizek (14 May 1824-2 Jan 1884). Children: Elisabetha Catharina Anna (b. 7 May 1847); Anton (b. 27 May 1849); Anna (b. 1850; d. 29 Sep 1852); Wilhelmina (b. 1852); Wilhelm (b. 6 Dec 1853) & Maria (b. 1855). Apprentices: Florián Ring & Jan Still; Journeyman: Václav Heger. Too poor to pay guild dues in 1858. Died 19 Aug 1866.
