Pickle fork? Mark looks like tangerine with pineapple top

Good morning all! This fork has an odd mark - I have no idea if it is plate or not and absolutely no idea of its origin. Mark looks like tangerine with pineapple top with the numbers 830 followed by the letter S. Thank you!!! Elizabeth

Thank you for the info Cheryl. Sorry to be slow in my thanks but a bug had me down. I had seen the Theodor Olsens mark but discounted it because it wasn't an exact, precise match. I guess I had better quit being so literal in my IDing; I'm driving myself nuts!
