Can anyone help me identifying this hallmark? I think is Poland. Number 2 is left a woman head and W is right a head. Thanks.

Your pictures are not the best. However, what i can see looks like C.ШКА ЛАТЬ (Szmul Szkarlat) 1866-1904 a master in Warsaw Poland under Russian rule (1795-1919). The marks to the right are later independent Poland marks punched 1920-1931. The first to left (woman's head) shows number 2 for 875/1000 silver and W for Warsaw. The second mark, an owl, is an approval mark is probably punched to validate the older maker's mark being a domestic mark. The owl is also called a Lombard Mark ,used on second hand objects for official sale (1920-1963). The last mark is rather unclear but but it looks like a woman's head facing right (maybe left). Anyway, it indicates that the object is partly made of mixed metal but this part is silver where the mark is. It is an additional warrant mark. Due to the unclear picture I retain the right to change my opinion if better pictures are shown.
