Silver water can with bowl, unknown hallmark

From my wife's family (she's turkish) comes this beautiful water can with bowl. The family of my wife's father came from the european part of Turkey and their ancestors were probably greece.
The items must be made in the 19th century, thats unfortunately all we know. The marks on both are the same but I can't identify them. In my opininion the items are made in italian (venice) style but the marks are not typical. Does anybody has an idea, where they come from and when they were made? Here are the pictures:
