This could be Rennes or Paris (capital letter B under the crown),but I have seen many faked Paris marks and this one looks like that; too sharp contours of B, almost as if drilled - easier to make the tool.Can it be Paris 1670? Not likely.

My glass is made quite crude, and I suppose this thing is really old. There is one detail. Before this glass was engraved. Only the three numbers 184 has remained from previous engraving. I think this is first numbers of year…
AG2012, you talk about one mark (the capital B under the crown). Have you got any information about the second mark — IB under the crown? I think this is silversmith's mark. Do you agree with me?
