Large Danish serving spoon, who is the maker?

can you help me with this large serving spoon from Danmark? It bears the Danish assay mark from 1960 and two additional marks, one of them reads "HALBERSTADT".
What are the meaning of the Halberstadt mark and the other mark?
What is this spoon made for?
Lenght: 30 cm
Weight: 134 grams
