Spoon identificatin help needed

Hello,

First off I want to say thanks for whoever might be able to help me with understanding more about the spoon I have. I have posted two pictures below. The spoon may or may not be silver, it tests for silver and I don't think it is plated as there is no wear anywhere on the spoon. Tarnishes, feels, and looks like silver. What has got me confused is the unusually marks that have me puzzled. The spoon is about 9 inches long, the handle is downturned and tipt. The marks are C.W.S. S 750. The only thing that I could passably come up with is CWS, Frankfurt maker in late 1700s. But the "Silver Mark" is 750. Any ideas. Thanks again.

This is a typical spoon from Germany (about from 1870-1887)

It is 750/1000 silver

I can not say, which maker it is, but it is not Frankfurt (Main)
