2 People and 1 Crown Hallmark - Recife, Brazil

Hello,

I do believe the inscription means the spoon was likely received on the date shown in Recife, Brazil.
What I cannot determine is the silver hallmark on the back. I think the first two are of people standing with the third being a possible crown.

I searched the World hallmarks section but did not see anything that matched - at least to my beginner's eye.
