1/.The makers mark of AKO within a circle, does anyone know maker?

2/.I know its post 1922 from Vienna, Hoopoe bird and letter W, however can anyone date it more accuratly?

3/.What is the inscription to front?

4/.What is the enamel crest on front?

Thanks in advance for any of the answers.

Splendid Hose, now we know that you are really Danish :-)))))) My translation (I'm Finnish with two m!) would be: Honorary award of the national committee for tourism.
Anyway, Austria and Wienna (W) it is and the mark to the left was used between 1922-2001, so...? The three lions could indicate Estonia but???

the enamel crest is the coat of arms of the Austrian Bundesland (country within Austria) Kärnten.
