Silver Spoon Marked ICS, IGS, GS or CS

I am tring to find out who made this large serving spoon. This is the only mark on the spoon. It is engraved 1810 on the underside of the handle. The total length is 15-1/2 inches.

It loooks like Carl Valdemar Sørensen Hillerød (Denmark) born 1834 working 1855
His own business 18th february 1859 - 1879.
If he is the silver smith - then the engraving must be at a later date. perhaps when he was born.
