Malta, Maltese Halmarks help please.

Hello,
I have a Fiddle pattern heavy tablespoon from Malta. The hallmarks are pretty warn. I had looked for info on an eBay bord but despite the efforts of a few good people we are still in the dark on age, maker and purity. I had tested it and it is a bit brighter ar very close to the red I get from 925. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Someone looked in the Tardy book w/o any luck and I have been going threw forum posts here with little luck. Any info will be greatly apreciated.
