Forgot to add: the sword mark assured a minimum silver standard of 833, and was also used as an accompaniment to larger item marks on pieces that had more than three components or appendages. Such additions might be in the form of a bail, links, or hinged appendages.
If a large sized item was comprised of three parts in total, each component would have a small single sword mark, while the main body of the item would have a standard mark, a date letter, and a assay office mark.
Conclusion your little silver dish is part of a bigger set, which main item should carry a full set of Dutch hallmarks.

Thank you very much for your answer. But I don’t understand what it means «for W. Visser or Zandvoortse Edelmetaal Gieterij, city Zandvoort and Haarlem». Is this one workshop? And why do you name two cities?

Yes the mark has been registered under the name of W. Visser and his workshop Zandvoortse Edelmetaal Gieterij, which had shops in the city of Zandvoort and in de city of Haarlem. Zandvoort is pretty close to Haarlem.
