The handles appear to be made from wood. The mark on the bottom reads "silver" and in the heart shaped mark it reads "HAVA". Also, etched on the bottom of one piece it reads "Hugary"...maybe from an auction? I would love any help in identifying or learning more about these pieces. Thank you!
