Help with mark on salt spoon

I know it is small and even a little crude, but I just adore it.

I've browsed through pages and pages of silver marks, but haven't had any luck yet. I have a hard time making the first stamp out, but as the second is 925 I'm guessing it is American.

Looks Maltese to me. Is the bowl made out of a coin?

It does have a maltese cross at the top.

The bowl is round, but there is nothing that leads me to believe it was ever a coin.

Hi it could be by Joseph Rodgers & Sons Cutlers to His Majesty as they use the maltese silver mark

Photo of spoon still extant. Finial is Maltese cross. On the other hand, the ancient mark of Rodgers is not Maltese form and, as noted elsewhere, always expected to be accompanied by the six point star as this was an official mark. So Rodgers is not in play here.
