modern sterling frame - Greek?

I have this frame which looks to be silver, there
is a hallmark on front bottom right, pics attached.
I've tried to decipher what the mark is next to in white.
Maybe it's 812/1000? I'm just wondering if anyone knows
anything about this mark.
