Fr. Bibus u. Sohn, Silber- und Electroplatedwarenfabrik, Mähr. Trübau (Company’s name of that period after World War I) (transl.: Fr. Bibus & Son, Silver- and Electroplated Products Factory).
Fr. Bibus & Son of Moravská Trebová, Moravia, CS, were in their country the almost important factory for products in Silver — their products style in hollowware range varied from conventional baroque to Secession style of Vienna. Their plated range was in parts of same style.
For cutlery they cooperated with «Berndorfer» in Austria, and «August Wellner Söhne» in Germany.
Frantisek Bibus & Son style of their
model range »3000« was start 1895-1910 — before World War I. Your object is one of their
sugar cases; this has the
model nr. 3539; and is 13.5 cm long = 5 5/16 “
