Hi - can anyone help with country and maker of this pair of sugar tongs. Looks like thay date from around 1800.

Your sugar tongs are from Switzerland, from Berne. Manufacturer is "Werkstatt Rehfues", Georg Adam Rehfues, 1784-1858, Master 1808, Shop from 1814.
R&C is the manufacturers mark, B stands for Berne.
