Please help: obelisk, club, four paw prints ???

OK, I am a total amatuer, but I did search for over an hour and have learned nothing. I bought this interesting old spon and I can't find out what these marks mean. There are no other marks.
I call them 3 dog paws, and I-don't-know and a club.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Here is a photo of the back of the whole spoon.
What i like is it has a Monogram, which has been crossed out and a new monogram below. I thought it was very nice.
