Can anyone identify the marks on the bellies of these two pig pin cushions? Both pin cushions test for sterling silver.

The piggie on the left has what looks like a flower (or cog wheel) next to a crown and the piggie on the right has a set of four marks which on first glance I though were English. The third mark looks like the Birmingham anchor but the other marks don't look familiar.
