Vintage sterling 925 guitar pill box, Please help.

Hi all and good day. I received this nice little pill box some time ago and don't have much to go on. I have put in a goodly amount of time in researching it and believe me I only use the site as a last resort as I know there are many people that need your expertise.
It is stamped 925 in the middle inside bottom, has black onyx stones set in the top and is about 4 1/4" long by 1 3/8" wide by a little over 3/8" thick, 30.5 grams, very well made. The only other mark I can find is on the underside neck of the guitar if it is a maker mark at all. Please help me ID this nice little piece of work. Brad.
