Are these French and/or Arabic (???) marked plates?

Hi, these are a pair of silver plates, 10 inches in diameter. Many years ago they were described as "French, from Paris, 1835", however I cannot match the marks to any French marks. I would like to know what and how old they actually are. Any assistance will be most appreciated! Thank you.

Believe those are Turkish marks used before 1923.

Wow. Many thanks on the lightning reply! I can't believe I missed that on your marks page. I will study the tugra link you have shared --- it looks as if I may be able to date the plates by the specific tugra??
