This a Swiss silver watch assayed in LE LOCLE between 1882 and 1934.

Inside the case of this watch is there a makers stamp. Usually the inside of such a watch has a makers stamp on the movement. That can help you further. Looking at style it looks like 1890 to 1915 French... (By that I mean the dial.) But judging that the dial has no makers or retailer stamp suggests that you might not find anything.
