800 Mark on Lg Ornate Bowl

I am searching for help identifing the origin and maker if possible of the 800 mark found on this elaborate, 9-3/4" openwork bowl. I thought it was Swedish, but the crown mark is different. Mark includes 800, crown and stylized mark I do not recognize. Thanks!
