Help with date, Makers and country of this 2 saltcellars

I recently found this sterling saltcellars. But I can't find anything on the makers mark, country and the the date. Can anyone hlep with the maker, country an approx date?

the stamp tell "Walser Wald & Cia"

I believe Walser, Wald & Cia is a retailer in Buenos Aires Argentina.
I have seen their marks on pocket watches a few times with Buenos Aires and Argentina under their name.
