Coin Silver Spoon Double Diamond Punch

Good afternoon all,
I'm hoping to get a makers i.d., and perhaps date on this coin silver 6 1/2" spoon. Marked with 2 diamond punches only and what I assume is an owners monogram, as shown in the jpgs below. Any input greatly appreciated.

Can you tell us what is inside the diamond forms.

The insides of the forms are absolutely blank. No letters, numbers or any other marks when viewed with a loupe. Thanks,
