Does anyone know which country this is from and its maker?

Hi there, I have purchased a Silver Basket and cutlery set and I am wanting to research and discover who the maker and the country of origin is. I think it would be impossible to date as there is not identifying marks for dates. Here are 3 pictures of the piece.





I would be extremely grateful if anyone can help me as this is a very interesting set!

The letters on your piece look Greek - I think the second word may transcribe as HELLENIAS - ie Greece. This may narrow down your search!

Thanks to the fact that I learned ancient Greek, I can tell you the marks in letters are Greek.

Hi,
Most likely had a glass liner and was used for sugar.
