Help with makers mark - Belgian cream jug

I have this Belgian crema jug made between 1831 - 1868. The marks are the Belgian Minerva's head, the mark with the 2 faces used for .800 silver between 1831 - 1868 and a makers mark.
Can anyone help me identify this makers mark?
