which city owns the silver mark?

In 1850/1860 (can't tell which is the date on your ladle) "D6" was the code for the assay office in Brody, Galicia (now Ukraine).

I'm not sure it is D6.
If D5, it is Czernowitz from Bukowina.

If the year is 1850 I see no reason for number 5 being so different from the number beside D.

After a closer look, I think you are right: the code is "D5" for Chernivtsi, Ukraine, and the date 1860.
