Pursuant to a Decree and General Order of Transfer of the High Court of Chancery, all Persons claiming to be the next of Kin of Henry Bailey, late of Little Foster-lane, London, Silversmith, deceased, are to come in and make out their Claims, and prove their Relationship to the said Henry Bailey, before William Weller Pepys, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symonds-Inn, Chancery-lane, London, on or before the 21st Day of December instant, or in Default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded the Benefit of the said Decree.
