1711 October - 1712 April Joseph son of Henry Allen London Fletcher having served William Butler was made free. Francis Garthorne's name is included as one of the officials apparently. The language of the document is at least Latin based and almost entirely beyond me.
3 October 1746 Joseph Allen Fletcher of London will proved at London. Mordecai Fox Goldsmith of Saint Swithin's Lane is mentioned as a partner of Joseph's. The house at Saint Swithin's Lane was where both Joseph Allen and Mordecai lived, and it had been left to them by Francis Garthorne. Reference: TNA PROB 11/750/352
