5 September 1691 Henry Colman of the Town of Malborough in the County of Wilts alleged that there is a marriage intended to be solemnized between Stephen Colman of the Parish of Saint Martins London Batchelor aged twenty-five years and Elizabeth Ponn of the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldersgate Spinster aged twenty-two years.
