WHITFORD, Samuel II (Grimwade p.699)

1 March 1819 Samuel of Porter Street Westminster son of Thomas Whitford made free in the Company of Clockmakers of London by patrimony. His father was free in 1768 and Samuel was born in 1780. The top right hand corner of the paper has the notation "P.O North Wales."
