3 October 1815 Thomas son of Thomas Willats plaisterer admitted into the freedom of the city by patrimony. Fore Street is written in the top right hand corner of the paper.

May-December 1775 Thomas son of John Willats Plaisterer of London admitted into the freedom of the City by patrimony. Thomas Willats birth was recorded as 1753, and John Willats' freedom year was 1741. Sire Lane is written in the upper right hand corner of the paper.
